Ok I am a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to Mexican food and usually Dos Toros is fresh and good to go I will give it that. However, I am leaving a 2 star review for a few reasons. Firstly, they totally skimp on all the ingredients!! The employees must be told not to give heaping spoonfuls of guac or crema etc and the utensils they are using are obviously meant to dole out a smaller portion, and then they even tap the spoon so whatever is on top falls off before it goes in your bowl which is like honestly insulting. You wind up dropping twice the amount of money for half the food you would get at one of the multitude of taco trucks in the area. Furthermore, the owners have removed the tip jar from the counter! In these times, knowing that the people working there are probably barely getting by, to take that away from the employees is downright shameful and heartless. The food is good but I will likely be taking my business elsewhere from now on because it feels as if profits are more important than satisfying...

I put in a $120+ order and when it was late, I called to see where it was and they said that they "didn't realize it was for delivery." I asked them if they could remake it because it was going to be over an hour late and they said no. They told me they would send it with the next delivery driver in three minutes. I called back a half an hour later and they still hadn't sent it. I asked if I could send one of my employees to get it in 95 degree weather and they said yes. I called GrubHub and they gave us a refund because our food is over 2 hours late and when they did this, the restaurant refused to give our food to the employee who they told me to send to get it because we had been refunded from GrubHub. I had to give a card over the phone to get 2 hour old food that they refused to remake to deliver ourselves to our work. Absolute terrible customer service. I said ok we’ll I’m in a rush and can’t wait for it to be made can you cancel it? The short Hispanic man who I think was the manager waved his hand at me and said ya I’ll cancel it.. I left and was charged anyway and got no notification of it being cancelled. I went back after a while waiting for a notification.. now an hour in trying to get this food. I went back and said it was never canceled and they immediately starting making my order without even asking what it was so clearly they were aware they never canceled it.. every person behind the counter had an attitude when it was their mistake .. I’d even understand if they were very busy and wires got crossed… but I was the only customer in there. Never going back...
