To Jenny and NF: You two are liars. I am sure the owners can check the footage from the night of 07/06/24 and could clearly see that one of you was highly inebriated and was not fit or safe enough to enter the bar. Do not come on here trying to sabotage that young man’s reputation and job. Shame on you.

I recently visited Horses and Divorces Bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and had an amazing experience thanks to their outstanding overnight security guard who guards the main entrance. He was professional, friendly, and made my party and me feel incredibly safe throughout our visit. Not a safe place for women in my experience. My female friend was fat shamed twice by the same guy and no other guy seemed to care. That guy was simultaneously making my other friend feel uncomfortable as well. On top of that, the pool table was surrounded by men who would either cock block you from playing or make creepy moves at you. Then they erased my name off the board of people to play next 🙃 Men who did show ‘concern’ for us eventually tried to take us home. Maybe we just caught the wrong crowd, but there are so many other places to go in NYC I wouldn’t waste my time again...

Neighborhood is great, seating and lighting are great, the security works, but the bar staff , particularly the tallest person who looks male, and who has a tattoo on his right shoulder, about 6 feet plus in height, has issues. This "man" told me he has no time for me because I asked him to recommend a drink. He said for me to return after I decided what I want. His attitude and physical behavior were despicable.
