I WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD YESTERDAY AND DECIDED TO VISIT A FAMILIAR PLACE. UPON ARRIVING, THE FACES WERE NOT FAMILIAR, HOWEVER I HOPED THAT THE FOOD DIDN’T LOSE IT’S GREATNESS (IT DIDN’T). THIS IS AN ESTABLISHMENT WHERE YOU CAN CHOSE TO SIT DOWN, ORDER TO GO, OR HAVE IT DELIVERED. EITHER WAY THEY USUALLY PACK YOUR FOOD IN A CONTAINER. DURING ALL MY VISITS THERE, I WAS ALWAYS WELCOMED IN BY TWO LOVELY LADIES THAT WERE HANDS ON AND ATTENTIVE. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN INSTILLED IN THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE DOING SOMETHING THAT THEY ENJOYED! THESE ARE PEOPLE THAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO CONTINUOUSLY THRIVE! WHETHER IT’S FAMILY, OR SOMEBODY WHO HAS THE EXPERIENCE ON ā€œPAPERā€, YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE PASSIONATE IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING! THE YOUNG LADY THAT THEY HAVE AS THE FACE OF THEIR BUSINESS IS SOMEBODY THAT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING ARDENT. WE SAT DOWN, PLACED OUR ORDER WITH HER (NEW), AND OUR FOOD CAME OUT. WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME WE ENJOYED OURSELVES AND WASN’T BOTHERED BY THE ā€œSERVERā€ (WHICH ISN'T A GOOD THING IN A SETTING AS SUCH) WHO LATER ON INSULTED US ABOUT A TIP! SHE DID COME AROUND TO COLLECT THE PLATES. IN ALL OF MY VISITS THERE, WE WOULD ORDER AT THE COUNTER, TAP TO PAY ( MY FAVORITE SPORT), THEY WOULD THEN TURN THE DEVICE AROUND, LET YOU SIGN, AND PROVIDE A TIP. SHOULD I MENTION YOU ALSO HAD THE OPTION NOT TO. THE STAFF STILL TREATED EVERYBODY WITH THE SAME ENERGY. HOWEVER, THE TIP WAS ALWAYS WELL DESERVED. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY YESTERDAY, I TAPPED STILL BUT HAD TO SIGN THE ACTUAL RECEIPT. I PUT ZERO ON THE RECEIPT FOR THE ā€œSUGGESTEDā€ TIP AS I DIDN’T WANT TO CHARGE MY CARD. THAT IS TOTALLY OKAY !!!! THOUGH IT WASN’T DESERVING, THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS FOR TIP. BEFORE I COULD RETURN TO MY BELONGINGS TO PURSUE THOSE OPTIONS, SHE CONFRONTED ME WITH ā€œSO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? GIVE ME CASH OR SOMETHING?ā€. THIS CAME OFF EXTREMELY DEMANDING. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT PEOPLE KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING SLOW TO SPEAK! SHE THEN CONTINUED TO SAY ā€œIT’S COMMON SENSE AND NEXT TIME DON’T SIT IN AND EAT, GO TO MCDONALD’Sā€. I WAS UTTERLY CONFUSED ON WHERE THE MCDONALD’S REFERENCE CAME FROM. I AM A WOMAN OF COLOR AND THAT WAS HIGHLY DEROGATORY AND STEREOTYPICAL. THE OWNER SAT IN AND OBSERVED ALL OF THIS GOING ON UNTIL HE FINALLY STEPPED IN AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS THE OWNER. FOLLOWING AN APOLOGY OR TWO, HE QUICKLY SAID ā€œIT’S OUR NEW POLICYā€. WHILE HIS STAFF IS TALKING AT THE SAME TIME HE IS, NOT ONCE DID HE EXCUSE HER TO THE BACK TO HAVE THE NECESSARY CONVERSATION WITH HIS CUSTOMERS AND THEN HER (WHICH I HOPE HE DID). IT’S THEM AGAINST US. EVERYTHING SHE’S SAYING SHE’S TURNING TO THEM TO BACK HER, ā€œRIGHT?ā€. AS IN I’M RIGHT AND THEY’RE WRONG, RIGHT ? THIS ALL SEEMS LIKE A NEW FRAUDULENT SYSTEM THEY’RE DECIDING TO TEST OUT WITH WHOM THEY CHOOSE! I UNFORTUNATELY STUMBLED ACROSS A SITUATION WHERE A CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE A TIP ON HER CARD DUE TO HAVING CASH AND THEY CANCELED HER ORDER. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS! I WOULD’VE ABSOLUTELY RESPECTED A RECEIPT WHERE AT THE BOTTOM IT SAID GRATUITY IS INCLUDED WITH A THOROUGH BREAKDOWN INCLUDING THE PERCENTAGES AND THE AMOUNTS! NOT A PLACE WHERE THEY HAVE DIFFERENT POLICIES FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AS THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR THE CUSTOMERS. I DO IN FACT HAVE A TIP FOR YOU GUYS. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EGREGIOUSLY DEFICIENT! UNLESS YOU BOLSTER YOUR STAFF AND ENHANCE SERVICE STANDARDS, YOUR BUSINESS IS DESTINED...

I’ve been to this place many times even though the food can be pricey it’s always been good we tried a few things off the lunch menu . Then moved up to the crab rice . The staff use to be so nice always welcoming I went in tonight it was new person I tried to order my usual. She was so rude to me not sure if it was a prejudice against just me or what but I was very nice to her the rudeness was absurd she refused to allow me another member to speak to . What make matter worst I left and called and asked for a manager to see if maybe I could get better results and let them know what happened she hung up on me . When I went back to speak to the owner they took it like a grain of salt saying she’ll do better next time one of the worker recognized me and was apologetic saying they know I’m always nice . I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth of how they would allow this to happen . I will never return there are other Thai places with better service with equally good food . With decent prices I don’t mind to pay for good food and service but I’ve never witnessed or experienced what I experienced today . Of the owner had at least handled it better maybe I would feel different. This worse experience ever . I never write reviews but this had...

I’ve ordered take-out twice or more than that and by far the best Thai food I’ve had. Not only the dishes are lips smacking but it’s not as oily as the others and it’s flavorful without overpowering. Here’s what I’ve ordered so far: #1 Fried chicken with chicken flavored rice (a must to get) #2 Spicy fried chicken over rice (like the #1 but spicy on white rice) #3 Chicken breast cubes green curry (the spicy kick is oomph and u can lap up the leftover curry with bread) #4 Crunchy tofu snacks (non stop popping into my mouth) #5 Ground Chicken in spicy basil sauce with fried egg over rice (oh la la, some little spice kick u never u need in your life) #6 Satay (this is the only so so snack I’m not into. I have not tasted satay as good as I get in Malaysia or Singapore) #7 Spring roll (YAS, darn yummy) Nuff said, do your tummy a favor and get some food from here. Happy Slurping. p/s: I’m going to try to take some pics by restraining myself from going Neanderthal...

I usually purchase lunch here once a week, and always order the Basil fried rice with medium heat(spice). It’s usually decent and I never complain if it isn’t. Today, I made the usual order and emphasized that I didn’t want it to be too spicy. Am older gentleman later walked up from the kitchen, looked at me, smirked, and returned to the kitchen. I thought nothing of it until I tasted the rice. It was the spiciest I’d ever had it. I couldn’t eat it. The dish tasted like pure chili powder and salt. I called to inquire, and the cashier said ā€œso sorryā€. She was in the kitchen when the older man walked to the front. They had also written ā€œmedium spicyā€ on the lid of the rice container. I’ll eat just about anything, but I couldn’t finish this. I hope they had a good laugh.

Came here for lunch and was absolutely blown away by the flavors and quality of the food. The menu had a fantastic variety of Thai dishes, and I couldn't resist trying a few different ones. The Tom Yum soup was delicious , bursting with the perfect balance of spicy and sour flavors. The Pad Thai was hands down the best I've ever had – the noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. But what truly stood out was their Pad See Ew. It was rich and packed with tender pieces of chicken and fresh vegetables. If you're a Thai food enthusiast, this is an absolute must-visit. I'll definitely be returning soon to explore more of their menu.

BEWARE, the reviews are misleading at best. I visited on April 2025, I had just left NYU Hospital on Atlantic, and after looking across from Trader Joe's, I noticed (HUGE mistake, Thai) The food is NOT authentic Thai Food šŸ˜• I noticed Lemongrass across the street, a much better choice by far. I had the pineapple fried rice it had so much curry, it was horrible. I was NOT SATISFIED at all with the way they handled my compliant.
