Indulge in a feast fit for royalty at this exquisite Indian restaurant in Brooklyn, where the flavors of the subcontinent come alive in every dish. The lamb curry is a standout, offering tender pieces of succulent lamb simmered to perfection in a rich and aromatic blend of spices. Each bite is a symphony of flavors that will transport you straight to the heart of India.

For those craving the smoky flavors of the tandoor, the chicken tandoori is a must-try. Juicy chicken marinated in a tantalizing blend of yogurt and spices is charred to perfection in the traditional clay oven, resulting in a dish that is both tender and packed with bold flavors.

And let's not forget about the chicken biryani, a beloved classic that never disappoints. Fragrant basmati rice layered with spiced chicken, caramelized onions, and a medley of aromatic spices creates a dish that is as comforting as it is satisfying. Each forkful of this flavorful biryani is a harmonious blend of textures and tastes that will have you coming back for more.

In conclusion, this Indian restaurant in Brooklyn truly excels in offering a culinary experience that celebrates the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. With delicious offerings like the lamb curry, chicken tandoori, and chicken biryani, you're guaranteed a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary.

However despite the flavors of the food the attitude of the waiters aren’t as well. The restaurant was empty however they weren’t able to serve the table in an orderly time or fill the waters when the...

VEGETARIANS - BEWARE!

I used to really like this place and was a regular there, but my most recent experience changed my opinion about them. I ordered aloo motor gobi via seamless and in my very last bite of food I got a piece of chicken. I'm vegetarian and you can only imagine how that discovery made me feel. I called the restaurant to inform them about the situation. I was offered replacement (which I didn't want because I already ate all my food but also because how can I be sure there wouldn't be any meat in the replacement dish?) Person that spoke to me did apologize but it didn't sound very sincere and he wasn't able to answer my questions which were: how could that have happened and how can restaurant assure me it's not going to happen in the future. I was told he would speak to the chef and ask and of chef says it could have happened I would get my money back. He took my name and phone number. I never got a phone call back. Next day, I emailed the restaurant. I gave them 3 days to respond. Never heard from them. This is how much they care about...

I’ve eaten at and ordered take out from Indian Spice for a good amount of time. Over 50 times. Recently they were closed for about a month for renovations, but I could not tell that was case last night when I stopped in and ordered take out. I could not see any apparent renovations at all.

To me, it appears there is a change of management and kitchen staff. I could not understand why my order took close to 1 hour to make. And when I got the food, it was lukewarm and not as tasty as it should have been. I overheard the girl tell the delivery person to hold up with delivering one of his take out order, as another one was coming out. As long as I waited for my order, the delivery person waited even longer before his 2nd take out came out. You can image how cold his first take out delivery was by the time he delivered the food to the customer.

I told the girl Indian Spice will lose their customers if food takes 1 hour to prepare. She apologized, but seems did not care.

There are many other Indian restaurants to go to. Indian Spice is...

While the server was kind, he never came over to check on us. Being that we were the only ones in the restaurant, that did feel very rude. My friend was grateful for the food, but the flavor was lacking. My samosa tasted like a Cuban meat pastry, which is disturbing because it was supposed to be the vegetable version. What made me upset was the pimento seed I found in my samosa. I couldn't believe it until I spit it out. The atmosphere was gorgeous and welcoming, but I won't be back.

This article nice quiet restuarant with tasty food, great service & pretty good ambiance. The dishes We ordered, chicken biryani, goan salmon, tandoori salmon, paneer & the Naan bread were served in pretty dishes. Only 2 dowsides were, out of 5 desserts, only 2 were available and when ordered 1 of each, Everything was delicious & the server was very nice & courteous.
