iPizzaNY -Hells Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I ordered online and paid via credit card through the Yelp/EatStreet website. After waiting 2 hours I called to find out where the food was. The man who answered the phone asked where I was and what I ordered. The call was disconnected (I was hung up on) so I called back and repeated the process. A delivery showed up 30 minutes later. The young man delivering seemed confused and expected cash payment. I showed him my receipt that was emailed to me and gave him a tip and he went on his way. Fifteen minutes later the delivery boy knocked on my door again and handed me a phone. On the other end was a man screaming that I had not paid him. After five minutes of arguing I gave up and gave the kid the food back. The charge was already processing on my card. I called EatStreet customer service and spoke with a representative who said I would be issued a refund. We shall wait and see.

We went there for something to eat on April 2nd 2016. We tried to take advantage of the promotion posted outside and were told what we asked for would be included in the combo. When we checked the receipt, it was not and they would not refund the difference. The member of staff even went so far as to say that he should instead charge us the higher price of the items individually instead of as a combo with add-ons. The food was not particularly good - on par with bad Newark airport food. It was more of a tourist trap than a good place to eat. They even had self serve soda without free re-fills. I was also concerned about the hygiene of the food - I saw one of the staff pick up something he had previously dropped on the floor and I was not convinced it was being thrown out.
