Isabela's — Restaurant in New York

After reading the reviews before posting mine, I can say that the best experience for this place is dine-in. The waitress was very attentive. The food was delicious and everything tasted homemade. Nothing out of cans or store bought. They have a cute take out window that you can buy from if you’re in a rush and want to just grab n go. Although they didn’t have AC for their dine-in experience, the food, the music, the art on the walls made this place, plus the portion sizes made this place a 10/10.

I made an order in person in the morning before work and when I get to work I saw that they gave me the wrong order. I called to explain the issue nicely and offered to send them pictures or videos as proof but they said that I had to bring them the food back in person. I explained that I’m at work and i can’t go back but their solution was that I needed to bring them the food the NEXT DAY. So ridiculous tbh and i’m not going there...

Definitely a Mexican place where you will be satisfied if you want fresh and authentic Mexican food. Brought me back to México for a moment. They have very good service and were very attentive. They have dine in as well as delivery and pickup. It is a bit warm in the restaurant but that’s proof of how passionate they are cooking up some good food in the kitchen....
