My mom filled an application to this building over 20 years ago when it was first built. She was given a number which because she's elderly she lost. When I went to inquire about 4 years ago about why she was never called. My mother's name didn't appear anywhere in the list. When I asked to look to see if I could find her in the book where they have all the names my mother's name didn't appear. It seems to me that someone decided to remove her name. It's appalling to see how some people just get in, yet it's taken my mother over 20 years and still nothing, and now from what I was told the list is closed. Such a disparity. The same situation at Marien Heim my mother has a number there. Was called in Nov 2017 for a possible apartment available for disabled person. We brought the provider's letter and her birth certificate and it's 2023 and we never heard back. When I've tried to inquire, the Chinese woman who manages the office has been very rude and inappropriate telling me there's no apartments and that she doesn't recall sending mom a letter.
