I was a regular customer at the old deli, I started to visit the new spot and at times order cold hero's or scrambled eggs with bacon, today 09/01/2024 I walked to the rear display to or breakfast and a sandwich, I noticed the the guy that started taking my order was moving around the garbage pail, he graded it with his hands which he had black rubber gloves on, as he did that then ask me what did i want, i told him three scrambled eggs with bacon, i couldn't believe he didn't remove his glove to put new ones on or wash his hands, than he took the bacon with those same gloves, I called and spoke with the Arabic guy at the counter, what had happened, people please be careful going to this place, the guys that are serving your food are dirty and have no real training, management need to keep an eye on the workers, i will not do business anymore at this place, it may look clean, but the service behind the counter is dirty, like if they don't care or...

Welcome to the neighborhood ! Prices are moderate, the food is decent. I love the new energy for our community. The produce and fruit is the highlight, especially when you're in a pinch. They're open until 11 PM, which makes it super convenient. This time I grabbed a chicken sandwich and forgot the onion rings, I was charged 2 dollars extra from the basket where the baguettes are. Seems like I was the only one and I want choose to choose my own, like the previous person before me. Which is why I didn't give 5 stars. Awesome new clean bodega. Great selection in the market, fancy choices to ethnic selections. Produce is fresh and the cut fruit is reasonably priced. I've had a Ruben, Godfather hero, lamb gyro, chicken and lamb over rice, and western omelette that all had good portions for the prices. Krispy Krunchy Chicken was decent as well. I was surprised to see the back rooms on the huge security monitor, and happy to see it was clean. Keep it up...
