Horrible & Disgusting customer service. I placed an order a while back & was refunded my money due to the juice spilling inside the same bag as my food. So I place an order, today, and I waited an hour, no food. I call and the employee tells me verbatim: “we’re not delivering to you” “you got a refund from last time, so we are not going to deliver” I wanted to laugh so hard, because, He’s a grown man throwing a tantrum. I was rightfully refunded due to your employee spilling the juice, your mad?! They wouldn’t deliver the food I ordered, so I was fully compensated; money refunded! I had a mishap here a few years ago. I thought maybe they would've changed but it seems it got worse. I ordered tenders, fries, and sprite. After waiting a hour they deliver my food, no sprite that I paid and tipoed for. I open my food and NONE of the food is done. Chicken is moist and doughy on the inside and fries was white. Then they took a extra 30min to bring my sprite and the guy wanted to argue with me on the phone. Smfh when I say NEVERRR again. Idc if its 15yrs later....

I prepaid an ordered on Grubhub to pickup my chicken quesadilla order (I had $5 off coupon) for 1pm. I went in around 1:10pm and they couldnt find my order. And exactly at 1:13pm THEY canceled my order and then say I did. It’s very distasteful to waste my time during my lunch break and have the nerve to say I canceled it when I was at your store the whole time. It doesn’t make sense to waste my time.
