I came across this restaurant on my way to Tai Er Suan Cai Fish and decided to give it a try because it advertised using live fish. I specifically asked if the fish was freshly made and served whole, and they confirmed it. But in reality, the fish pieces were all broken and mushy—it was clearly not a whole live fish. Just a few days ago, I went to Lunar and Chuanyunjian, and both served whole fish completely intact!
