Excellent service and beautiful bouquets. The shops interior is magical, filled with carefully dried flowers and other knickknacks. They have an assortment of both dried and fresh flowers as well as eucalyptus and other beautiful fuzzy strands that I don’t know the name for. I really appreciate the staffs patience and understanding. Language was a barrier but they did their best to assist and I commend that. I ended up having a product I was fully satisfied with, the service in this place is a 10/10. I will definitely be coming again! Beautiful little store. Instantly feel a very warm & inviting space inside. The décor & setup outside the entrance makes you wanna admire the scenery just a little while longer while the flower girl inside customizes your bouquet. Amber was really understanding & hospitable, and was even able to help me with a request the night of needing the flowers. Came in at 6:30pm, she helped me select my desired flowers & colors, and was done in the twenty minutes she’d let me know it would take to arrange. Get flowers delivered on Valentine’s Day last year. I paid 150 dollars also 20 dollars for delivery. The flowers is not fresh, after 2 days all rose get dead. I ask owner to deliver flowers to my wife before 4pm. My wife received the flowers at 7pm. Have to change delivery address. Owner say driver get car accident. Absolutely ridiculous.
