Don’t come here, the one who does facials with the long hair and who speaks English will humiliate you in-front of other people.

I came here with a friend and we were placed in the same room. This lady kept commenting on my skin and emphasizing how dry my skin was, that I don’t take care of my skin, and how hard the extractions were. She kept going on about this the entire facial. Then she is telling me I need to take care of my skin and use skincare. I told her my skin is like this because of an allergic reaction to drinking dairy again and how I have an entire skincare routine.

Then when we go to the front desk to pay she looks at my friend and tells her I had so many blackheads out loud while there were two more customers sitting on the sofa. She told me to come here 2 times a week. Is she crazy? She has no professional Curtesy to not broadcast a customers issues like this out loud. This lady was rude and unprofessional and made me feel so embarrassed. Not coming here again at all. I paid money to be embarrassed and ridiculed.

Update: I have been calling since the spa responded to my review. When I ask for the owner or manager they tell me they are not here. I just called again and when I asked for the owner the lady on the phone started talking to someone next to her and I heard the word “manager” and then hung up on me. It is obvious they do not want to speak to me and have been avoiding me. Be cautious when you come to this establishment. I am not even looking for a free service like they offered. All I want to do is talk to the establishment about my experience. Anyways avoid this...

The atmosphere has a sky roof build up with clear glass and for the nature part of atmosphere. They have a few plants inside the room when u step in.

For Service if u are Chinese, u’ll easily communicate with them, and they also speak English.

The experience I seen for a facial I have a face mask on after to do one of the things on menu. U can also do a massage before you doing facial.

This is our first time coming to Noble and it definitely won’t be the last. My husband did the Noble Signature and I did the Lymphatic Facial. My husband said this is the cleanest his skin has ever been and he was glowing afterwards. The lymphatic facial exceeded my expectations. She massages your back first then starts the facial. They do the regular cleaning and extractions before going into the lymphatic part. She started with just her hands then used the gua sha tools (one of them was cooling). It’s a little bit painful but very tolerable and she checks in to make sure you’re ok. I feel like my face got a work out and feels more tighten.
