I was unable to receive my order despite being charged $42.91. The young lady that took my order was a new employee and needed help from the back to give me a receipt. After my card was charged another young lady came to help her. She apparently "voided" my order without saying anything and told me I had to pay again. But I received no such notification from my bank and was not willing to be charged a second time. The older employee walked away and the newer employee moved on to take another order as if I was not standing there with proof of payment. I waited for a bit while I filed a complaint with my bank who told me they saw no such cancellation of my order and promptly flagged the purchase as fraudulent to return my funds. I then asked the young lady to put my order in again. I was visibly frustrated at this point, pointing out to the young lady that before voiding my order someone should have said something to me. She told me she didn't have to deal with my attitude and walked away to loudly tell the other young lady she didn't want to take my order. So the other young lady came out to put the order in. Instead of asking me the order she input it directly from the previous receipt. Only this time she was charging me more money and tried to convince me that the young lady put the order in wrong but refused to show me what show inputted. Of course it dis nor make sense to me that she inputted it directly from the receipt and yet the pricing was different. Even the customers in the store agreed and tries to advocate for me. Needless to say I left without any food. BEYOND DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank GOD my bank VALUES me...
Read moreHorrible customer service, Angel the Manager misunderstood my order, I went back nice and calm and informed him thereafter he yelled and fussed, saying I told him the wrong order. He then went and sat in the back like a kid for a long time. Meanwhile time is ticking and my son is a diabetic and needed this food immediately, I ordered this particular food because it help bring his sugar down before. It took for someone of the Managers ethnicity to speak on my son's behalf to make him agree to change the food. So I feel like this was a racist act on a sick person. I know it's Covid and he couldn't take back the food. But he made an error, so as a manager do what's right peacefully and refund me or change my food. He's so ghetto, disrespectful and disruptive. Little Ceasars need to check who their hiring because he made the company look real bad, maybe have him mix some sauce...
