This short spanish lady with glasses and short hair told my friend she couldn't activate her phone because she was connected with Metro by T-Mobile and how she would have to pay 130$ to activate it once they have the pin and account number. But all we had to do was go to the about section of her phone to unlock it MANUALLY without having to go to the T-Mobile store. By the time we came back the store was already closed. On top of that boost service is the worse. I always had 1 bar at random times for extended periods. To summarize Boost mobile employees are scammers and the service is the worst by far.
