This short spanish lady with glasses and short hair told my friend she couldn't activate her phone because she was connected with Metro by T-Mobile and how she would have to pay 130$ to activate it once they have the pin and account number. But all we had to do was go to the about section of her phone to unlock it MANUALLY without having to go to the T-Mobile store. By the time we came back the store was already closed. Waste of time, transportation fee and bullshit customer service. Never coming to this boost mobile store ever again!! Fire this lady asap or you guys WILL be losing customers. Highly...

Dominican dude at this store is a scammer. I came in there as a new customer and bought an iPhone 15 pro when he activated it he added an extra line without my consent or knowledge. On top of that boost service is the worse. I always had 1 bar at random times for extended periods. To summarize Boost mobile employees are scammers and the service is the worst by far. No wonder their stores are always empty. I have had service from 3 or 4 other carriers apart from Boost and boost was by far the worst on both customer service and cell service. Don't buy phones from 785 Flushing or whatever the address is. The people who work there are frauds. They will sell you a messed up used phone that looks new.
