VERY rude staff. I was waiting in the bathroom line (which was wrapped around the bar) with my friend. By the time we got to the front of the line there was no toilet paper in any of the 4 stalls. I went to the bar to inform them that there was no toilet paper and the person working there was so unnecessarily rude to me. He said "Oh let me just stop everything I'm doing to help you" in a very sarcastic way. I was simply trying to inform them. They could have said "Thanks for letting me know" or "We've got it covered" but no instead I was met with a sour experience.
I could understand if I came to the bar tapping my foot, giving them attitude, demanding toilet paper be placed in the bathroom immediately. But all I did was try to help by flagging down someone who worked there, as I was unsure if they were aware of this issue. I guess women will have to be expected to wipe with their hands in this establishment.
The staff member had glasses, was a bit older with light colored hair. If you're thinking of hosting an event here you may want to reconsider, as the staff working may not treat your guests...

One bartender ruined the whole vibe. A short male half bald white bartender kept ignoring me while I was at the bar. I was literally right in front of his garnish station and glasses up front and personal. I was very much waiting my turn politely and didn't harshly wave him down or anything. He made eye contact with me 3 times and kept giving service to the people to my direct right and left, like people who were elbow to elbow with me, and they would leave and new people would come and he'd service them before me. He was very much purposely ignoring me. Then my friend came to see why I had waited 30 minutes for drinks and she came up to my left and he went straight to her and ignored me and asked what she wanted and she pointed to me. It was only then that he took my order after 30 minutes waiting and an empty bar. I won't be going here again. Such trash and rude attitude for no reason. We spent $70 on 4 drinks and I didn't tip because...
Read moreLoHi is my favorite local rooftop bar. It's unpretentious and even on the weekends you can usually find a seat or space for you and your friends to hang out. I'm also usually able to find parking right in front of LoHi. Once upstairs you get amazing views of the city and open air. I've been to some other rooftop bars that barely get any breeze (go figure) but that's defintely not the case here. The food is also amazing. I normally get the smashed burger and truffle fries...yummmm!!! My go to drink here is "Island in the Stream" which is a perfectly balanced rum and guava based cocktail served up in a gimlet. If you love Mezcal you have to try the Grapefruit Moon cocktail. On the weekends they sometimes have djs and live bands. It's also good for groups as they have long tables. You'll love the vibe, food and drinks...
