Mama's Chicken and Pizza — Restaurant in New York

ordered through their website, never recieved an order. we called and was helped by a man that didnt give his name, we recorded the ENTIRE conversation to cover ourselves. Worker was not aware of a "website" . we recieved an email from that confirming order was recieved. There was no manager or supervisor that could answer or help at all. We ordered from the manhattan location 21 malcom x blvd location which is near my house. They couldnt refund us the money or actually send us the order becaus ethey werent aware of it and to call the next day to speak to the owner. I get it not the workers fauly but imagine me in my situation as well too, spent about 30 bucks, no food, no response.

Every time I come to the restaurant I always order the same dish which is the Lamb gyro because I believe it's the best in the menu I would recommend it. Everything about it is amazing you can also order a slice of dessert which they have about six options for you to choose from and everything has always been an amazing experience. They are very kind and friendly and very helpful play the top customer service I've every time I go I have an amazing experience and the lamb gyro always tastes amazing as the last purchase each and every time. Genuinely the nicest people around the block. I eat there almost everyday and they are the cheapest place by far: 8$ for a chicken over rice that could easily serve for two meals. Their lamb over rice is also excellent, as is their fried chicken, pizza and fries and probably the rest of the menu as well. They sometimes give their regulars a little extra and I feel very welcome there. A little rough around the edges yes, but that's just the block....
