Marche Madison — Restaurant in New York

I live in the building & would like Marche Madison to succeed. Yet my experience with them has been consistently unsatisfactory. Compared with another local deli their grocery prices are close to double. Today I tried to order a sandwich & tonic water (which I know they have). They delivered the wrong sandwich & denied they had any tonic which I had seen in stock yesterday. Also the delivery person did not have any change & was angry with me when I tried to pay with a twenty dollar bill. As any delivery organization in NYC knows, you come equipped with change. Instead the delivery person was rude & blamed me for not having change. Also they kept saying they would call back & did not. I called to make an order for pickup just for a simple grilled cheese sandwich. I came 13 minutes later, and they hadn't even started it. Extremely unprofessional, the woman at the counter said it was still on the grill, but the cook hadn't even started it. I told them I was in a rush to get to work, and I did wait for them to make it. But seriously?? There was noone in the place and the cook wasn't preparing anything else, the woman at the counter just asked if I wanted it delivered or if I wanted to cancel my order, like no I want my order now. Today, I came across something that I didn't like. I was very disappointed when the 10-year-old children were kicked out of the store. No matter what, they passed the ball each other not like hard .According to the manager, he told them that it was not a place to play ball. I understand that it was the store. But how did he say? God knows him. I think it's just that he doesn't like my son and his friend. He still gives me advice on how to raise my children. He doesn't know anything about discipline.
