Well, I wanted to know if they had turkey sausage to replace the pork one that comes with the breakfast meal, and it was like navigating a labyrinth.
This replacement was something I could not do on the digital order screen, so I had to ask a worker. There is only one register, NO ONE stands there to take the orders, and NO menu board is posted behind the register. Using the order screen is the way to go here.
Well, the first person I asked, NO INGLES! Someone else walks by, she doesn’t take orders. Another worker comes by, makes me wait as she passed out orders, then begins to take my order; and doesn’t understand a word I say, if it’s not on the menu. She did not understand ENGLISH!! She took out a printed menu and kept pointing to things. I told her, what I wanted was not on the MENU. She could not understand what I meant by Turkey.
I honestly felt like I had journeyed out of America for 5 minutes. Well, she calls another person over and I said, does anyone speak English here? She said, “yes me, I speak English”, as she is typing on her cellphone; and with a strong accent, of which I could not easily detect, probably Eastern European. Anyway, she understood me, but I could tell there was a little of what I was trying to convey LOST in translation.
When she stopped texting, I’m sure she could detect my frustration. I was very cool considering how ANNOYED I was. iHOP was too far and I wanted pancakes. She finally got my order, no turkey sausage, but I got to replace the pork sausage with something else.
I rarely go to McDonalds, but ordering McDonalds should be as simple as it was when I was a kid. The food was as it should be, the location is good, the restaurant is clean. My only issue was actually placing my order with an English...
Read moreThis location is pretty terrible. I don't say thud that often about a restaurant, especially a chain, but this place is horrible. The service is bad, the staff doesn't care and they always seem to not want to open on time.
Like a lot of folks, I work early in the mornings so I would stop by to get coffee. They never seem to want to open when they are supposed to. There would be people outside who have placed orders, but wouldn't be able to get in because they have the doors locked or the security wouldn't let people in.
I don't exactly know what time they are supposed to open because it changes all the time. I guess it depends if they feel good or lazy. You can definitely see the staff sitting in the dining room and it would be 5:30am, but the doors are locked. Sometimes they open at 5am, sometimes 5:15am, sometimes 5:30am and on a few occasions at 6am.
One time I walked in at 5:15am. The doors were unlocked and security didn't stop me. When I walked up to the counter and asked if they were open, the girl standing at the counter said no. I asked what time they would open and she just stood there and couldn't tell me.
It's such a circus in the morning. Someone or the corporate should open another McDonalds nearby and put this location out of business. The second floor rarely...

The waitress finally came to our table at 7:50pm after begging the bus boy to send her. When she finally did come to our area, she was bombarded by other tables complaining about how slow she was. She took our drink order and food order (we ordered two drinks each because we figured we'd be lucky to see her again). The drinks finally arrived a full 50 minutes after we sat down. The food...it arrived at 9:20, which was about 1 song away from the finale of the show. When we addressed our concern with the waitress, she gave an excuse that she was busy. When we asked if it was because of the holidays, she said it's always busy. So my question to the manager is, why are you not hiring more waiters if this is an ongoing issue?
I just dont even know how to begin to express to management that it is unacceptable to treat customers who pay $75 per person cover charge this way. Unless of course if you want to convince them to never come back, then you did...
