Moe's Gourmet Food — Restaurant in New York

Had the worst experience at Moe's Gourmet Food Inc. I parked my car in the front of the restaurant, went inside and got myself a Chicken and Mushroom Pizza, and a Diet Pepsi. I came back in my car and started eating it. After I was done, I threw out the garbage in the garbage disposal and started making some calls. The restaurant owner, I am guessing "Moe" started yelling from the door and asking me, "What are you doing?" He exclaimed, "Get off this property, it's only for customers" Then, I exclaimed, "I am a customer, I just bought a Pizza." He asked, "When did you buy the pizza?" I answered, "20 minutes ago". He exclaimed, "This parking lot is only for 10 to 15 minutes maximum". Then, I looked for the sign that says, 10 to 15 minutes maximum, but no sign that reads what he was shouting about. Then, I slowly moved out of the parking spot because he was complaining that his delivery truck wants my parking spot. I moved out slowly because there was such a narrow space; it is easy to come in the parking but hard to get out. The delivery truck was right behind me so that makes it more harder. Finally, the delivery driver moved and I slowly got myself out to the street, looking for a clear road because there are ongoing traffic. However, the delivery truck driver kept honking at me so much that I felt like coming out of the car and yelling at him, but I didn't! That's the sad part, that I didn't yell at him. I didn't want to get into an accident and the delivery truck driver kept on honking until I got out of the parking spot. I thought that was so rude. Pretty decent food for a regular price.

I come here frequently for lunch when the place my company orders from is not so tasty. Their shish kebab with rice - when they have it is usually a hit or miss. Pasta is alright. Everything it pretty standard, and I am pretty sure that they recognize me and some of my coworkers. They always let us taste the dishes before we decide on what to get.

Ordering takeout from them, slightly a nightmare. One time, they mixed up my sandwich with another customer's, and I got cheese with lettuce instead of the cheese and onions with bacon that I ordered. But we gave then a call, and eventually they brought me another and took the wrong one back. They seem to also always forget the ketchup packets that my office...

The store front is very clean and constantly well kept. The same goes for the kitchen and deli/food preparation area which is within eye shot which is always nice because it allows the customer to know the level and condition of cleanliness.

The staff was super friendly and polite with both me and all the customer I saw in my short time dining in. They even recognized a repeating customer which is nice to see as it shows they care enough to remember a patron.

The store seems to be family owned and operated which is the best kind of business & makes me feel great about supporting this shop in particular, businesses like this are the back bone of America and...
