SWEET POTATO CHEESECAKE: My plan was to take a bite or two and save the rest for later...that didn't happen. I ate the whole slice standing over the sink in a matter of minutes. Mr. J_Bake's Sweet Potato Cheesecake is rich, moist and delicious without being heavy and dense. It's definitely the BEST cheesecake I've ever tried. Now I gotta try the other flavors.....lucky me! Ordering one for Thanksgiving, my birthday, New Year's, Superbowl.....you get the picture! You'll love it.

KEY LIME PIE: In my teenage years, I worked at the key lime pie booth at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. If you've been to the Fest, you know it's one of the best desserts you'll ever try. For years, I've tried key lime pie whenever and wherever I could...hoping it would taste like that like New Orleans version. This year, for New Year's Eve, I ordered a key lime from Mr J Bake and it was absolutely delicious. Reminds me of that irresistible key lime pie of my youth. Mr J Bake's key lime pie is perfectly balanced: rich, creamy, and tart. It was beautifully decorated with whipped cream and fresh lime slices. You must try it....

I live in North Carolina, my son lives in Brooklyn, NY. . His birthday was on June 24th and due to the pandemic he and his roommates have been sequestered since early March. We felt a cake was in order. I contacted Mr J Bake on a Friday, the order was placed, and the cake delivered on Saturday. Fabulous service. The cake, (pictures received from son) was perfect, the delivery was made 20 minutes before the scheduled time by an employee. Omg!!! Must try Mr J Bake! His cakes are AMAZING! Tried a sampler of his cheesecakes and was instantly in love! I especially loved the pineapple cheesecake with Actual pineapple chunks in it. The cakes are moist with just the right amount of sweetness without feeling too heavy. Will definitely go back for the holidays. Ps ...great for kids too. My 5 year old(who by the way is a very picky eater even with deserts) loved it too. Definitely...
