We were looking for a unique birthday cake to celebrate a joined birthday party for our son and his best friend who were turning seven. After researching some bakeries, we came across ninascakerynyc on Instagram with some mind-blowing 2D and 3D cakes. At first, we thought that was just computer design, but after talking to her we realized it was more elaborated than that. After explaining what we wanted, her expertise immediately convinced us that she was the baker we were looking for. She was very organized and communicated her ideas clearly which made it easier to do business with her.

We were amazed to see the final product and how the design came out. This was one of the most beautiful cakes we’ve ever seen! Our son couldn’t believe how Nina managed to design his favorite character exactly as he wanted it.

At the party, all eyes were on the cake, everyone wanted to know who made this beautiful piece of art, we couldn’t wait to cut the cake. Once trying, it was so delicious and incredibly moist. I HIGHLY recommend Nina to bake your cakes for any occasion. More specifically, we hired Nina to bake our wedding cake and she went above and beyond every step of the way. Not only was she able to accommodate my gluten allergy and bake us an amazingly delicious GF cake (no one even knew it was GF), she even made us angel food, my husbands favorite!

Her communication was impeccable- she proactively followed up along the way, including a few days before our wedding, and even coordinated directly with our venue to confirm delivery time, and provided them a strategy for cutting the sometimes tricky angel food. The (literal) icing on the cake was that Nina gifted us an entire extra gluten free cake to enjoy post-wedding, beautifully decorated with iced flowers, along with a thoughtful and personal card. Everyone should go to Nina for their cakes needs, I promise you will not be disappointed. It is easy to tell from her work that Nina is an artist, she pays close attention to every detail. Whatever our request, whether for a child or an adult, Nina can always make it happen. She is always excited to hear about the elaborate cake requests that my child (or myself) has imagined, and she always turns it into a reality.
