When in the Bay Ridge area THIS is where you come for pizza. Nino's crew churn out some of the most consistently excellent tasting pizza in Brooklyn and should be noted for it. All their variations of toppings are excellent. We prefer a classic plain pie, but you can never go wrong with the grandma slice or Sophia Loren. I also without question; cannot stress how much their mozzarella pepperoni garlic knots are a delicious vampire killing value you must not pass up. Note if you are going to a business meeting or a date after eating one you will have garlic breadth, but it is soooo worth it. Stop by this Pizza shop, your satisfied hunger for quality food will thank you.

How can something be both burnt and chewy and the same time?! My food was put in, forgotten about burnt and came out black plus soggy. Neither of us could finish our food. I still paid and while waiting for my change by the counter a man, I believe the owner, came inches from my face asking if I "needed something" in a not so friendly manner. It took every ounce of my not to direct my disgust directly at him. I had my daughter with me so... Many other great chooces in Bay Ridge. This one can be skipped.

⸻ Nino’s in Bay Ridge makes the best grandma pie you will ever try. The crust is thin and perfectly crisp with just the right chew. The sauce is rich, fresh, and full of flavor while the cheese melts beautifully into every bite. Nothing is too heavy or greasy, just balanced and delicious. Every slice reminds you why Brooklyn pizza is second to none. Nino’s is a true neighborhood gem and their grandma pie is worth every visit.

In todays climate you would think restaurant owners would value their customers. Ordered 2 dinners and a salad; upon delivery we were told everything was in the box, specifically asked about the salad and was told it was in the box. Paid and tipped the delivery person. After opening the box..No Salad..really not an issued called the store and was told they would send out the salad. 20 minutes later (we live 4 blocks from the restaurant) we called back. Someone identifying himself as the owner said he was busy and we would just have to wait. After we complained he became obnoxious and said either we should wait or get our money back. We opted for the money back. When I asked why we had to be inconvenienced for his mistake he stated with an attitude we had 2 choices wait or get our money back. Later; after the call the delivery person returned with a salad..we told him we were getting our money back not the salad. The mistake is understandable..the owners attitude...

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and it tasted like rubber. It was so bad I had to take the pepperoni off the slice because it was inedible. I don’t know if they use expired or unrefrigerated/not properly stored toppings, but something was not right. The pizza itself was just bland, mediocre. The phone person is incredibly rude just while I was ordering. He raised his voice at me and made me so uncomfortable, at that point I had made my mind up to never order from them again but the terrible pizza was really insult to injury. Whoever answers the phone needs to learn how to speak to people and not cop an attitude when it’s very unwarranted. I told my friend about the situation, she said she had a similar experience. To management/the owner, if you insist on keeping this little boy who is clearly turning customers off, I suggest you send him to anger management if you want customer retention. Until then I’ll be ordering from Pizza Wagon & Mancini’s. Don’t get bitter, do...

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes. After an hour i called and they told me it was on its way. 30 minutes after that i called again. They told me they should be there any minute. After two hours i called and told them to cancel the order and credit my account. They told me they couldn't. Then the delivery guy called claiming he was downstairs and couldn't get in which wasn't true because i have video intercoms. There was no one there. This went in for 20 minutes so after 2 hours and 20 minutes they showed up with a cold pizza. I refused the order and called Ninos again. They told me they had no way to cancel the transaction. I called my bank and they told me they certainly could cancel as the transaction had not posted. Ninos refused. They are overpriced, dishonest, and engage in poor...
