First please know I went late at night. Was not busy at all. Very small place. I’ve been in the city for a few days and have been looking for a hole in the wall sushi place that was not too expensive but also not bottom barrel. I got something that most places serve just to be quick and have the best comparable item. Something I eat a lot.

Philadelphia Roll and Tuna Sushi.

Philadelphia roll: very good balance of cream cheese to salmon. Most places either skimp on salmon and overload cream cheese, or vice versa. The salmon tasted of good quality and had an almost sweetness to it and the cream cheese was nice and creamy. The rice had a nice flavor and overall balanced well.

Tuna Sushi: I was HIGHLY impressed with the color of the tuna. Very deep red. The taste was very sweet and melted in your mouth. Add the taste of the rice, was delicious. Wish I would have ordered more tuna!

Great spot. Will...

This was one of the best places we visited during our 1 week stay in NYC. Initially upon seeing this place in person, we were a little worried about the quality of the food because it's a hidden place and small as well. But after reading other reviews, we gave it a try. It was one of the best sushi's we've had thus far in America. We got the salmon lover combo, the rainbow roll combo, the salmon and avocado roll, and ikura sushi's. Sooo good, we literally went again for dinner the next day. The staff was kind, and they gave us free sodas on our first visit and then free miso soups on the 2nd day. The price was pretty good too for the quality and amount of sushi's you get. Our total came out to about $60 to $70. It was delicious! Thank you for your kind service! I 100% recommend...

This is definitely more of a takeout than dine in place. We dined in for lunch but everything was served in take out containers. They were very apologetic about that but they really didn’t have any real plates for us to use. Before we sat down at the table it had take out bags for delivery and the delivery man was charging his phone on the seat. He was quick in clearing the table for us and I felt bad that he had to move his phone to the floor. Re the food, I had their 3 roll lunch special and that was delicious. My husband had their ramen which was fair. We also had their scallion pancake and pork dumpling which was meh and pricey. Overall, a good option for the neighborhood but would...

The best, freshest sushi so far! We ordered one of the big rolls and small eel roll and also had pork buns. The fish was so tender and flavorful! Roll was full of fish actually with very little rice- which is perfect. Roll was just melting in your mouth. We devoured the rools in minutes. My companion said the pork buns were very good as well . I didn't eat them so I can't speak for it. If you walk by, you wouldn't notice the place, nor would you want to walk in. I must say the restaurant is small and not eventful, but the sushi is the party for your taste buds!
