Zara Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Small neighborhood pizza place on Hester Street serving pizza, wings, sandwiches and more. Limited seating—a couple of tables outside. The inside is relatively clean—there’s a little bit of clutter with eclectic decor. The interior has a bit of wear and tear of an older pizza joint as this is a mom and pop shop.

while running errands—it was too late to have lunch but too early for dinner and I needed to keep on moving—so I grabbed a plain slice. the slices here are very thin crust. the crust is soft though. there a good amount of mozzarella cheese that is melty. the sauce doesn’t have a lot of flavor. an OKAY slice when you’re looking for something quick. pizza joint but it’s not very memorable. the plain slice really missed its mark in terms of the sauce and the crust didn’t have much firm crispness to it. however the slice is more than edible and will so in a pinch but it’s nothing to write home about. the slices here are $2 which is more than reasonable.

Me and my boys were looking for a solid pizza place to dine at. Let me tell you, this place did not dissappoint at all!

We came across Zara after the owner invited us in. The owner and workers were extremely friendly.

We got 2 pies for all of us, and it was probably the best pie we ever had! We liked it so much, which the owner noticed and said that if we could finish the two pies, he woukd give us another one for free! We were just barely able to finish the pie, and the owner offered a pie afterward which was so nice. We declined since we were so full from the pies already. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE MAN WAS REALLY RUDE TO ME ASKED ME TO PULL DOWN MY MASK IN A RUDE WAY WHILE SPEAKING THE GUY, Food was good I recommend they add hot sauce, BUT, THEY NEED TO FIX THERE AITITUDE BECAUSE I ALSO SAW ANOTHER PERSON COMPLAINING IN THE STORE AND THEY WERE ARGUING TO THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF PRICES SINCE THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE ABOUT THERE DEAL SIGN ( they are more kind to old people, and ppl who talks but not to us ) I think they have to treat us with more respect and when we ask about the price they were talking in rude ways go there to...
