OneTwoOne Café — Restaurant in New York

The lady owner was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to me. The previous couple times I went in she was giving me a passive aggressive attitude but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Last time I went in she came to my table while I already had my drink and was working in my laptop and asked me to get up and go put the leftover sugar packets I had used to put in my drink in the trash. After I said next time I would put them in the trashcan as I hadn't seen the trashcan she insisted I get up and do it. I'm not a child, it's also not my job and I didn't do it on purpose. She then started yelling at me to get up and do it and I refused also saying I didn't even do it on purpose. At this point she's still yelling at me in the coffee shop and causing a scene. I had never EVER been spoken to like that at a coffee shop and I frequent them to work on my laptop. As a regular I would often come here to work in my laptop and just mind my business. Also the fact that she would shout at me as a regular when they don't even get that many customers is crazy. Disappointed as I really enjoyed going there. I don't know what issues she has in her personal life or marriage but whatever it was if you are a pretty girl considering coming here as a regular beware she might project...

I love one two one cafe! It’s my new spot and I love bringing friends to co work during the day or for drinks in the evening. The owners are warm and welcoming and know my drink order by heart. This is the only coffee shop I can go to without my headphones, the music they have on is wonderful, and sometimes one of the owners pulls out his guitar and plays. I love their matcha with brown sugar simple syrup. Highly recommend this gem!

UPDATE: I tried their homemade split pea soup today- AMAZING! I literally scraped the bowl. Also tried one of their chocolate chip cookies- decadent. Cannot recommend one...

Stopped by OneTwoOne Cafe before our workshop next door at Adanne Bookshop. We were greeted by the sweetest lady and then I look up at the menu and see they have coffee PLUS alcoholic drinks... my type of cafe!

My friend ordered a chocolate chip banana bread loaf and I just grabbed a water. While we waited, we roamed around and noticed the cafe has live music and hosts events. We love a cafe that's involved with the community! If you need to do work, there's free wifi, plugs, and seats. There's also board games.

Would definitely stop...
