Place is clean! Workers are polite and willing to help when ordering!
All the food looks great! I'm use to Chinese take out places on the island. I just needed a QUICK bite to eat and this was it!
I got orange chicken and angus steak. The other day I got the Mongolian Beef and Spicy Chicken with chow mein. Sorry no photos of those as I left my phone at the hospital.
The Mongolian Beef was crunchy but really didn't taste the spice! My wife tried it and said it has a kick! Which is weird bc I think Franks Red Hot is HOT LOL!
chow Mein was dry
Spicy chicken I don't remember
Orange chicken is OK angus steak not too much flavor Fried rice was different but good! You can see chunks of egg in it!
A plate and a soda was $16.71. Meanwhile on the island you can 2 combo platters with drinks and money in your pocket for that price made to order.
City life for sure! This is a great place if you want something NOW and don't have to worry about...
Read moreI work near this location on the NYP campus. My colleagues and I order lunch there often. The food is decent, sometimes it's not hot enough. In addition, they should be considerate with how much serving they give you. A plate that cost almost $10 should be able to fill you. Lastly their customer service is horrendous. The employees are rude, impatient and could care less how they serve you. They throw your food on the plate, rush you to order, rush you at checkout and they don't even have the decency to give you proper utensils and Napkins. You would think a restaurant that you visit daily would be familiar with you therefore provide outstanding service not this location. This matter should be taken seriously, You all should hire new employees, new management & provide proper customer service training for...
Read moreThe location is smaller than the average Panda Express and can get crowded given the hospital across the street.
BE AWARE of the portion size they try to give you. I noticed the server was rather quick with closing my kids plate even though there was no line. I asked the cashier to open my plate prior to me paying and she tried to avoid doing so, but I insisted. Im glad I did because there was loads of Lo Mein and barely any meat. Like not even a full scoop. I questioned it and the guy who made the plate said that the kids plate is a smaller portion, Ok fine understandable... so I said ok, I'll just get a bowl. To my amazement, they gave me the SAME portion size in a bowl as a kids plate.
Never again will I return to that location. I'll just go to the 3rd...
