The food is ok but the service was disappointing. When we placed our order, the cashier asked if we were dining in or taking out, and we clearly said “for here.” While we received our pizza correctly, the burger was mistakenly prepared as a takeout order. What’s frustrating is that we were sitting there eating our pizza the entire time, and the cashier was present, yet the mistake was never addressed—even though the store wasn’t busy. To make matters worse, the burger sat there the entire time and was only handed to us when we asked about it again. There was no proper apology for the error. I visited this location in mid-September. As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by the staff. The service was really fast and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a plain slice of pizza, garlic knots, and a chicken a broccoli slice of pizza. The garlic knots were so delicious we ordered some to go to enjoy later.
