Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I would give it 0 if I could. Ordered on the papa John's app and after half an hour it said that the ordered was delivered but I never received my order so I called the store and they said that he is 5 minutes away. 18 minutes later I call again cause I'm waiting downstairs and they say that it's another 2 minutes and I asked them why they said 5 minutes half an hour ago. He said to just give them another 5 minutes. Then I asked for the drivers number and he hung up. I called again and asked for the number and he said hold on. And that took a whole 8 minutes. I used my other phone to call them and they never picked up. I hear the phone ringing in the background through my first call that they never hung up from. That was another 8 minutes. I hung up again and called and they finally picked up and I asked them to give me the drivers number and how long it would take for my pizza to arrive. They then go ahead and said 35 minutes. I asked them why they said 5 minutes half an hour ago and their excuse was that they only have one guy doing delivery. Ok but if u only had one guy then u could of told us that it would take longer instead of going on the app and saying that it was delivered. If u said that It was gonna take longer in the first place I would wait but that was not the case. After that I asked them to just cancel my order and he said ok. Meaning that the order never left the store and they prob didn't even start my order. It's ok if you guys are busy but just don't say stuff that isn't true. Don't tell us 5 minutes when it's another hour! Can't believe how bad and rude the service was. It was a waste of my time and don't recommend anyone ordering take out...

Ordered from this establishment twice on Saturday and Sunday and each day the food was poorly packaged and sealed also it was inedible. I ordered through DoorDash on both instances, however the phone was never answered once the place of business was contacted. The food that was sent to my home was disrespectful and will cause many future present and past guest to look other places for their food consumption satisfaction. I’m highly dissatisfied in the service both Papa Johns and Door Dash provided! The pictures are the live pictures taken upon arrival on the food poorly packaged sealed and prepared from Papa Johns on Sunday 4/23/23 at midnight. You could say it was close to closing but it didn’t close until 3. There was more than enough hours to prepare the food. I honestly feel like anyone that orders from an establishment with minimum closing time remaining must really want that food. But that was not the case. The case is this order was sent out in complete violation of health and food safety protocols and what DoorDash should be holding them...

Ordered from here several times. I stopped ordering from here when the driver changed the order status to delivered when the order was not. I called the store to tell them, they said no the driver was on the way still, I waited a half hour, called again, driver still on the way, waited… called again, the driver pulled up minutes later, it’s not two hours since I placed the order, the delivery man had an attitude, and when I inspected the pizza the seal was already opened and there was clear substance that looked like spit on it. I called the store to say what happened and they wanted to issue me a credit rather than sending out a new order. I asked how can I use the credit on the app, the lady said I would need to call it in, I asked her to just send a new order, she didn’t want to do anything but issue a credit, I told her to just cancel the order all together and issue me a refund. I disputed the payment with my bank because the refund...
