The Culinary Highlight of Our Trip: Pasta Sole Chelsea We were in the U.S. for just 10 days, but we ended up eating at Pasta Sole Chelsea almost every single day! Eating out while traveling can be tricky, but Pasta Sole was a blessing—it never upset our stomachs and actually made us feel good and light after every meal. It truly felt like a healthy option. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. As a main course, it’s such a strong option—hearty, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The variety of sauces is impressive! Each member of our family had a different favorite: • My personal favorite was the Fettuccine Alfredo + Bolognese + Burrata combo. • My daughter absolutely loved the Pesto Pesto with Mushroom & Onion toppings. • My spouse went for the Pesto and Broccoli mix. • We also tried the Meatballs, and they were incredibly tasty! We’ve just left the place, and the first thing we wanted to do was share this amazing experience. If you’re in New York and looking for a quality, healthy, and delicious pasta meal, don’t think twice—Pasta Sole Chelsea is the place to go. It became our family favorite, and we wholeheartedly recommend it! 👨‍👩‍👧

Pasta Sole is truly a feast of flavors! Offering just one dish with so many different and delicious sauces is such a brilliant concept. My absolute favorite was the Bolognese sauce—perfectly balanced, rich, and incredibly tasty. Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and friendly service make the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back to try more sauces. If you love pasta, this place is a must-visit!

I like the customization compared to competitor Pastagasm. I had the Bolognese Alfredo with mushroom, onions, and added mozzarella. Very flavorful! I wish the portions were a bit bigger! And had the spinach arancini with pesto! While italian is common in nyc, this is a nice fast addition to Chelsea. Staff are also all super nice. Mi piace! Keep it up!

I frequent Chelsea like two to three times a week and saw this place replaced the Starbucks. I was immediately excited about trying it out since I'm a huge fan of Fettuccine Alfredo and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised.

Fettuccine Alfredo is the star of this restaurant and it is the main dish you have to build on. You can add protiens and other sauces and toppings. I personally added chicken which was lightly seasoned with salt and black pepper. The portion size is just right. I also appreciated the cook of the pasta, which was a perfect aldentĂŠ.

The service was top notch, especially for a fast casual place. We dined in and they actually brought the food to us. They even came by and asked how everything was. I highly recommend this place and will be back...

I'm sorry, but if you HAVE to have an Alfredo sauce with the pasta before adding anything else it is not worth it for someone who is intolerant of dairy products. I wanted to have pasta with the Bolognese sauce, but it was REQUIRED to have it rolled around in a Parmesan wheel...before they added the sauce I preferred. So, I didn't order it. But my friend ordered Pesto sauce, which after being rolled around in a Parmesan wheel ended up being saltier than it needed to be. I tasted it, and not only did the Alfredo/Parmesan add nothing other than salt, the pesto sauce was gritty and not...
