They stole $77 from me.
Let me start by saying the staff is nice, no problems.
Long story short, I had a conversation with the store manager, that after midnight the limit for money orders would reset and I could come back the next day to receive the rest of my money orders.
The next day I returned to do just that, but unfortunately due to a new policy, a policy that the store manager wasn’t even familiar with, the woman at the location approved me to get my money orders, took my money, and then realized that my account was now blocked.
Apparently policy is that it must be 24hrs before the limit resets, not just over midnight.
After already taking my money, and charging me a fee, they told me they could only return my money in cash, and I would not be refunded the $77 fee I had to pay. Even though the manager misinformed me, AND the woman approved me and told me that I could proceed in getting the money orders, the fee would not be returned to me because of this new policy and they were not obligated to return the fee. I asked for the managers number and was told she couldn’t give it to me. They gave me some customer service number that I called 5 times and was redirected to voicemail every time. I left a message 6 hours ago and still haven’t received a call and honestly I don’t believe they will call me.
I got robbed. Be very mindful when exceeding the money order limit, and know now, that it’s 24 hours before the limit resets. I only needed to wait 4 more hours before my limit would have been reset, and there would have been no problems. Unfortunately...

After several hours of trying to come up with money to purchase a tractor for our family farm I had felt defeated. I had went everywhere and gotten no results. I had a personal check from a client of mine and no where would cash it because it’s a Saturday. I finally found my savior. My absolute angel. Jackelyn went above and beyond expectations. She went the extra mile. She treated me like a friend. She sensed my frustration and provided comfort and security in my greatest time of need this far.    Read moreI stopped by this location around 6 a.m. and there was no one visible at the front counter. I said “hello” once with no response, then a second time, louder, to get someone’s attention. The employee who finally appeared immediately told me I didn’t need to yell, with a rude and defensive attitude. That response was completely uncalled for — if no one answers the first time and there’s no sign indicating staff are in the back, it’s reasonable for a customer to assume the store is empty. She claimed she saw me from behind a closed door, but that doesn’t help when customers can’t see or hear anyone. This kind of attitude and lack of professionalism should be addressed by management.
