Me and my partner (2 black women) walked in and the Asian man who was working behind the counter was having a personal conversation with a customer. Instead of helping us he continued his conversation with the customer and ignored us. We are customers too. We just stood there until finally a latino man came out and took our order. After we got our drinks, a white man walks in and the Asian man working stops talking to the customer he was having a personal conversation with and helps the white man. Why didn't he help us when we walked in? I guess two black women aren't considered customers to him. But a white man is considered a customer and will be helped immediately. I used to like this place when I worked at the UN a few years ago. I never had a bad experience and I used to come here religiously. The customer service has gone downhill.
