first whiff of the lawlessness of the kingdom and absolute absence of structure and utter carelessness and "not my problem" attitude you'll get used to when you arrive there. nobody wants to do their job because they're too good for it, and you can't make them. if you want a visa, you should pay the private offices that deal with the consulate's employees internally and they have their own understanding. if you want to attempt to do the procedure yourself, be prepared to be a ball in a pinball machine, deal with broken websites, incoherent translations, and incomplete and contradictory instructions. And if you ask anyone to help you, they will serve you attitude, and with a straight face tell you to go to the exorbitant offices they know and deal with. Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Unresponsive

I am extremely frustrated with the Saudi Arabian Consulate’s handling of my passport. Despite paying a significant amount for shipping and creating a return label, they are still holding my passport with no clear timeline for returning it. Their lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating—they do not answer calls, and when they do, they either give vague responses or hang up outright.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a passport. There is no accountability, no proper communication, and no effort to assist those waiting for their documents. If you are applying for a visa or need any service from this consulate, be prepared for delays, stress, and unresponsive customer service.

YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS LOL.

1. I called to ask for what will be required for a Saudi Visa for a green card holder, and they said they don't know and hung up.
2. I went to ask about more information and they said I can email "them" and when I asked for the email address the staff told me to Google it lmao.
3. I show up in person with all the documents and they told me to bring other documents I needed but apparently they never knew what documents I need to bring to begin with??

These people and even those running Saudi will suffer, they will not be at peace when they face Allah.
