I am extremely frustrated with the Saudi Arabian Consulate’s handling of my passport. Despite paying a significant amount for shipping and creating a return label, they are still holding my passport with no clear timeline for returning it. Their lack of professionalism is beyond frustrating—they do not answer calls, and when they do, they either give vague responses or hang up outright.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a passport. There is no accountability, no proper communication, and no effort to assist those waiting for their documents. If you are applying for a visa or need any service from this consulate, be prepared for delays, stress, and unresponsive customer service.
