Golden Hair Salon & Barber Shop — Local services in New York

I have spent the last 17 years getting "cheap" barbershop haircuts in the military. And by cheap, I mean $3 to $8. Needless to say, you can't get that in NYC or any surrounding area. Got a barbershop haircut in my Connecticut town, and that cost $25. So when I saw $14 at Golden's, I couldn't resist. Although I didn't get what I asked for, the haircut was great. They're nice people but they completely butchered my hair just completely ruined it couldn't just wait to pay and leave. Also they don't accept zelle or Venmo as advertised when I went to Venmo the guy they didn't know the last 4 digits of their cellphone to verify the Vemno account and I tried accidentally locking their account so I had to go next door to pay with card. I was so embarrassed I just left. I may have to have my head shaved! I was literally in tears....
