Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

This staff member "Jenny" not sure if that's her real name. She's not taking the customers seriously. We went to pick up an mobile order. We saw the staff member "Jenny". I saw her packing the customers order. So I was patiently waited until she's done. But she's never seem like she wants to talk with us. And the way she acts is like she doesn't want to work there. I understand it could be a Sunday and it's very hot outside. But don't give customers an attitude. The food part is something I needed to comment as well. The chicken's tenderness for the blackened chicken sandwich was not something I was expecting. The reason being it is too savory. Maybe I eat light with the taste. But people should reconsidered eating this sandwich if you don't want kidney stone. Eating too much will causes too much issue for your body. Just saying...

I worked here for about to 2 weeks morning shift. Staff was friendly and hard working the food was good too. I rate this one star because of the manager, I got fired because I was not to work Saturday since no one was able to take care of my daughter, manager told me to stay off Sunday and I still asked him Sunday if he wanted me to come because I was able to but he said no. Same day he tells my coworker to tell me I’m fired. He couldn’t even say it himself. I text him to pick up my last paycheck he told me of course then he blocks me. After visiting 6 times I've finally decided to review this popeyes. If you're looking for food fast, look elsewhere. I've yet to leave this popeyes in less than 20 minutes. Whether it's empty or full you will be waiting. Lady at the mobile pick up looked lost. Had the guys at the cashier making her orders because she couldn't even keep up with the drinks. Just waited 30 minutes for a mobile order placed 5 minutes before stepping in the restaurant. Food was hot 3 out of 6 six times. However I always ordered tenders and 30 minutes for some tenders is wild. Just hit the Chinese or Wendy's next door if you're in a rush. Both will get you out the door under 10...
