I really wanted to love this cafe as it seemed like such a cute neighborhood spot. Sadly, the overall experience fell short.
The cafe itself was small and featured a culinary boutique with specialty items. The aesthetic was super cute. The only seating was outdoors; once you placed your order they called your drinks at the bar as they were made, but brought the food out to you.

Customer service experience was final straw. British guy working was shook when I ordered an iced latte. Like gave me weird mean attitude for ordering a coffee at a place that sells coffee haha. He didn’t know what he was doing also and extracted espresso shot in mere seconds. He spoke harshly to elderly lady for asking him a question, didn’t greet people back, just barks at us with a scorned victim look.
I was an ambassador for poppys, even bought merch. But it’s clear they now treat their supporters...
Read morePoppy's catered our wedding and we truly could not have been more thrilled. From the very beginning, Poppy's staff was kind, generous, and thoughtful, from tasting to the day of. Building a menu for the evening was fun and collaborative--we felt listened to and accommodated the entire time. All of our guests raved about the food and drinks, plus the service was some of the best we've ever had at a wedding! Marci and her team made sure our day ran smoothly and perfectly. And as if that were not enough, the staff took special care of a relative with special needs to ensure she had everything she needed all night long. They were worth every penny. Can't recommend them...
