Shame on the manager of this location. I asked for extra mayo on the side (via a delivery app) - she alarmingly called my phone 5 times back to back to back without ever leaving a message. I finally stepped out of my meeting to hear this manager screaming and being VERY unprofessional saying that although they prepare the foods on site - they cannot give me extra dressing. I simply asked âwhyâ and it went off the rails from there. Itâs obvious that fresh food is not at all on the forefront here.
A message to the owner of this particular location:
Do not ever have your managers speak to anyone like the way she did to me. There should be someone who can kindly and calmly explain the way. Thatâs pretty simple.
How dare this person cancel my order and have your business loose out on business. Bc she canât handle a customer request or call? That is literally the exact opposite of customer service or leadership. No business is stable right now - but this? This is not gonna fly. She cancels my order so she can âwinâ an argument?    Read moreI have regularly shopped at this store for the last 7 years that I've been working in the area. The customer service from Jeannette P is stellar. I have managed teams and know a bit about organizational culture, and I would hire Jeannette in a heartbeat. She always has a great attitude, even when things are busy in the store. Today, a customer, an elderly gentleman in front of me, ordered soup and was at a table slowly repacking his bags and waiting on the other part of his party. Jeannette went out of her way to make sure that he received his receipt for his order and toppers for his soup. She cares about people and the work, and it shows. She has a calm demeanor and a great presence. And that's the kind of service and energy that keeps me returning, even as the lunch options expand in my area and the prices at Pret have risen. Jeanette P and her colleagues on today's shift are a value-add to your organization. I hope that you all recognize and compensate them...
   Read moreMy boyfriend and I drove 3 hours into the city for an appointment downtown. I had to use the restroom so bad, but literally nobody in any shop in the area would let us use their restroom. "No public bathrooms!" đ (Yet if I had peed myself in their lobbies, they probably would've called the police.) But not Pret! My boyfriend ran inside and asked one of the two very nice gentlemen behind the counter, and they came through in the clutch! This Pret was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and had plenty of open space inside for a Thursday around 10am. Of course we ordered drinks before leaving--they were prepared fast and were tasty. Huge shout out to the two guys working.. you guys were lifesavers and deserve raises for treating people like human beings. I'd recommend people to this Pret for that rare...
