Roma Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I was so excited when I saw this place had finally reopened after 3 or so years of being closed. I thought it was the same place as before, but now I'm not so sure. The food is still great, but the system of ordering/ paying/ getting your food is horrendous. The front pizza area is the same, but they used to have an open kitchen area in the back where you could order build- your- own salads and pastas, and pay for everything in the middle of the restaurant. No confusion at all. Now, the guys in front have to call the kitchen with the order, while they're also making and distributing the pizza orders, and ringing everyone up. You end up waiting in line getting mixed up with everyone who's ordering, waiting, paying, all while in this little tiny aisle where no one really knows who's next or what's going on. This place is AMAZING!!! I been there few times,the guys who work there are so awesome,so friendly,nice,positive. They are always trying to help about choices and give the customer enough time to decide. As you knows NYC is full with pizza restoraunt and fast foods but this place is totally different. Inside is soo clean like in pharmacy store,its look like you can eat from the floor. The guy who work on register is amazing,never seen that kind of service before. Pizza guy as well. They are working till 04:00 am so this is the best place to have dinner after party for weekend. I cannot expact to go again and grab Alfredo pasta with chicken and parmegan cheese on top. My NY host told me this is the best pizza in New York, and I agree! The pizza is incredible, and the service is, too. The service was fast, but even more important, everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. Even though I'm only in NY for for days, we had dinner at Roma's two nights in a row! My favorite was the Margarita pizza. It had the perfect blend of cheese, basil and plum tomato sauce. The tomatos sauce was amazing, with flavor I'm always looking for but never find.
