Sam's Bagels — Restaurant in New York

Love this spot. The workers in there are very friendly and they always take care of us. They make sure the right amount of cream cheese is on the bagel and the right amount of milk is in the coffee. I can be picky at times and they always double and triple check that I am satisfied and getting what I pay for. The store is very clean. Sam and his wife are the sweetest people on earth. The workers follow covid protocols by wearing masks and are very sanitary — they do not use gloves to touch food and then touch the cash register and return to the food like other dirty places do. We see the staff frequently change gloves and wash hands. I am and always have been very comfortable going here. Great food and great prices. Love sam’s!!!!! My boyfriend and I do wish that their grill opened earlier on the weekdays though. Since we go to work early we are getting breakfast at 6am usually, and sam’s doesn’t start the grill until about 7am. Unfortunately due to this reason it has become mainly our weekend spot. We definitely miss our sam’s bagels for breakfast during the week, although we always take plenty home...

Ok let’s just say I’m a Brooklyn Guy born and Raised on Bagels & Pizza …. My Dad & Mom Would go to a bakery at night and pick up a dozen Rolls & A Dozen assortment of Bagels …. We would have them for at least two days …. The second day we would still feel the freshness of all the assortments…. Well that’s how we feel about Sams …. Their fresh and can last for days without reheating…. The sandwiches are outstanding and delicious when they put the Art into each sandwich or the preparation of tje bagels …. The staff is beyond friendly and listen to what you want and ask if theirs anything need to make your sandwich more enjoyable…. The owner’s attitude s always friendly and really goes 9 yards to make your visit enjoyable…. The place is super and it seems theirs a return if customers in a sail base’s You can tell the staff is doing it right just by looking at the tip jar …. The only suggestion I do have is they should put some tables outside so you could enjoy the fresh air … Thanks Sam for all...

Ive been searching for a better bagel shop and Ive finally found it at Sam’s! The bagels are Soft, Tender on the bite, and full of bagel sustenance! Not like the other shops where you can’t bite thru them or they’re too fluffy to even taste like a bagel! My bf & I ordered Garlic and Wh. Wheat Everything bagels w/eggs over medium, bacon & cheese. Such flavor in the bagels! Probably the best WW Everything I’ve ever had! He really liked the Garlic bagel! He’s usually quiet about his food, but he kept raving about the bagel as he ate. The bacon was purrfectly crispy and a nice amount for the sandwich. I’ll be getting chunky over this place being so good and nearby too! Looking fwd to trying lunch sandwiches too!
