Cesar,darin,Karina are the best highly recommend to do mornings service right. So PLEASE KEEEP THEM IN THAT ROUTINE. I have bad service when they are NOT! around for example: late on my order, mixing my order with someone else twice. Highly recommend that crew stays in the morning routine
Well let just add that for pass couple of week I have been receiving my ham and cheese croissants cold a I mean freezing cold 🥶 and messing up other orders. Seeing how “busy” some employees work spending the time talking and running around and the less amount of time I have on my way to do some important Work o some important errands, it’s sad I have take it home o to work and heat it up myself. However coming in today made it worth coming having requel aka rocky and the Hispanic manager are the only employees that gets what true customer service in this store is about. I requested a specific type of sugar that they had in stock but with the anger and frustration from the On Duty Manager, she refused my request. When I politely asked if another employee could assist me with my request, the shift manager instructed the other employee not to comply with my request, despite her willingness to help.
As a customer, I believe we are all entitled to courteous and professional service. It was disheartening to be treated with such disregard, particularly by a manager who go is responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Given the nature of this incident, I respectfully suggest that further training in customer service and conflict resolution may be beneficial for this team at this location.
Starbucks is known for its commitment to quality service. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that customers do not encounter similar treatment in the future.

Read moreAs I work as one of providers at a city hospital across the street from this location, I come here often. On 12/1/19 at 3:24pm, I placed an online order for venti green tea frapppuccino. I took myself to the store and had the following incidents:
While I was standing by the pick up counter waiting for my beverage, I got sprayed with dirty water from the upside-down fountain used to clean their blender
After I finished my beverage, I walked over to their main counter (whether you'd place orders when you are at the store) asking for a refill of a cup of their Pike Place brewed hot coffee. Two store staff looked at me as if I'm out of mind and denied my right to receive a refill. I called their customer service immediately to report this issue, and I got a confirmation that I would have been entitled to a refill of brewed coffee (hot or cold) or tea of any size will I was at the store
Hope the management would step up to educate the employee so that they can provide a better customer service...
