Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

I went to this Starbucks for the 2024 Comic-Con convention and ordered 3 drinks. Received one, and waited for over 20 mins for the others. When I asked an employee she was extremely RUDE! Condescendingly mentioned the staff has other orders they’re working on, when they’re at your order they’ll bring it. Never even looked at me! When I asked do you have any straws she points and says over there. When I couldn’t find it and said there are no straws she says over there again without making eye contact. So many employees working yet so slow with services perhaps they are overwhelmed. Management needs to step in and run this location better judging by the various other poor reviews I can’t imagine what happens on a regular day here. Worst Starbucks...

At the Javito Center for a conference, I patiently waited in line to receive my order. Unfortunately, I had to pay again due to receiving a subpar cup of coffee. As I admired a cup nearby, my name was called, and I placed the cup next to my belongings to retrieve my order. I was pleasantly surprised to see a friend and greeted her. However, the staff member working there raised his voice, insisting that I needed to pay for the cup I had picked up. Just 2 seconds ago !! And was going to paid when the staff call me to give me my order It was quite an unpleasant...

First they gave me something I didn’t ask for it wasn’t what was on the display ,then since they didn’t have any more of what I asked for they gave it to me out of the display. I took one bite and realized it had been sitting in there for days. I took it back and got my refund ,but the girl at the counter gave me a horrible attitude the whole time she should be fired learn to keep your mouth shut when u address customers hun.. horrible employees and any manager that would sit there and let there employees give customers old food is...
