Stick With Me — Restaurant in New York

Placed an order for delivery directly through the Stick With Me website as a surprise for a special event. Order said it was delivered when I had not received it. I called Stick With Me and they confirmed that their delivery company did not deliver the item, but the delivery person would not pick up the phone when called. When asked about re-sending, the company refused and immediately responded that the delivery mistake is not their fault as it is their vendor and not them who deliver. Unfortunately can't leave a positive review for food I did not receive and for irresponsible and unprofessional service.

Update: Manager reached out to check in on the situation. She was extremely polite, and explained that this is not the type of service that they strive to provide, that they are working on establishing and understanding logistical problems in a new delivery service, and helped to find solutions to the problem. Still have not tried their chocolates, but am looking forward to...

Stick With Me stays winning as a place to find fine confections, chocolates, candy, etc. especially if you’re gifting them to people who appreicate the sweet/s life. the choice of bonbons of flavors are unique— a variety of flavors across white chocolates, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate. the colorful shiny bonbon shells are like tiny works of abstract art. stopped by not too long ago to get a gift and i’d recommend are Meringue Pie, PB & Jelly, Seasalt Caramel, Speculoos S’more, New York New York, and Black & White as some flavors that will work well with even the pickiest of giftees. beyond the bonbons, there are other chocolate items, caramels, and more. the staff is really friendly and superhelpful especially when when you’re building your own variety boxes of chocolates. if only life was a box of chocolates made by...

I've been to a lot of chocolate shops and this is the best one by far. Their flavors are amazing and inventive and the chocolates are always perfectly made.

The New York New York bon bon is a favorite, so is the house dark, and the cup of joe. Their seasonal eggnog bonbon was amazing and sold out before I could get my hands on another one. The candy bars are not to be missed either, with the peanut butter crispy bar (Rice Krispies with peanut butter caramel) and the remix (their take on a Twix bar) as my top two picks.

Everything made here is gorgeous. They are all identical and have no air bubbles, scratches or blemishes anywhere. Their attention to detail and quality is hard to find but they have been consistent in the last year I've been coming here. Definitely recommend especially...
