I reached out to customer service to see if they would be able to send a replacement for the faulty product, seeing as the EXPIRY DATE states September and November 2026. Even though the expiration date listed on the bottle says 2026 the company does not guarantee that it will last that long. They only qaulifu items eithin 90 days OF PURCHASE. To me this is false advertising. I have shopped with promix many times in the past And am forever shocked and disappointed, and by the lack of professionalism, accountability, lack of scientific evidence of shelf life versus expiry date, and overall lack of quality of service. Wasted a whole $150 on Blood Flow, along with 2 Beets Jar(which I also have factory sealed, that also hardened into a rock). The company claims that there is silica within the powder to prevent it from it forming into a rock. However, if the item is able to spoil after 90 days OF PURCHASE into a rock, imagine what it's doing inside of your body. Horrible product horrible company and horrible service. They stopped responding after I questioned their lack of shelf life right versus expiration date and refuse to offer any sort of compensation that equated to the amount purchased (even a store credit).

I have been an athlete from the womb and have always loved to stay in shape and retain muscle memory. After suffering from a car accident that left me with bruising all along my left side, bone bruising to my hip shoulder and elbow, my 4th concussion and 3 herniated disc's, I was forced to be bed ridden outside of Physical Therapy for 6 months.

After dropping 20lbs in weight (6'2", 140lbs prior to accident) I knew I had to get back in to the gym to rebuild my muscles and tendons to their peak performance. I was skin and bones when I started and look unhealthy for my size and age. I slowly started my body building program with my trainer so that I never felt weak or as useless as I did after that accident.

While I started off using Alpha Lion and EHP Labs supplements, I noticed a large influx in my abdominal area, resulting in bloating, pain and discomfort, even though I was hitting the gym 5 days a week, along with light cardio. I thought it may be the influx in meals I had to confirm sune to gains muscle, but everything was clean, lean meats and foods I had always eaten, so no allergies. The more I looked into the ingredients of the supplements I was taking, the more I noticed that

1. I could barely pronounce most of the ingredients
2. WHY were there so many ingredients
3. some of them were labeled with the Prop 65 Cancer Warning (ew)
4. the amount of added sugars I IMMEDIATELY stopped taking all of these supplements and searched for brands with more simple and VLEAN ingredients that I could A) pronounce B) trace C) stand behind their cause D) not have any side effects from Which is how I found PROMIX.

Hands down the BEST and most realistic products for anyone looking to add supplements,vitamins, hydration, protein to their diet. Almost ALL of their products are 4 ingredients or less, that are traceable and tested. No shaking, or bloating, or cramps, orNassau. Just good, clean ingredients.

I will forever buy from Promix and hope that one day that would like to support a simple person, like myself, without a large following or influence to promote their brand. I recommend this company for people of any type, weight, age group to implement in their day to day regardless of how often you hit the gym. You...

I have used Promix products for four months now. I have a few strong Pros and Cons I felt that it was worth sharing: Pros: Love the product selection, how clean the ingredients are, flavors, and growing number of products. Overall I am very happy with the products and I enjoy the taste and their effectiveness. Cons: For a premium product I think a premium shipping should follow. The shipping is awfully slow. I have made a few orders and I have a bunch of items on a regular subscription service and there have been more than I would have liked that took a lot longer than expected. On my recent subscription order it took almost 3 full weeks to get my order. Before I received my item as I was not sure of the status I contacted customer service, I was surprised of the response I received. They said something along the lines of “ya well this time of year we are backed up”. I didn’t get any feeling that they were sorry, there was nothing apart of their response mentioned that they were working on improving the shipping time, and no gesture of what they could do to make it right. I was disappointed with their response, it didn’t feel sincere at all. The other con I recently experienced is some of the perks they offer. Recently I made an order with their Black Friday special. If you spent so much you got a perk. For example if you spent so much you received free shipping and if you spent even more you received a free “mystery gift”. Well it is very mis leading and not worth it at all. Regarding the free shipping, they still tacked on a charge they claim is “package protection”. Granted it is only like a buck, but it is mis leading and they make you feel nickeled and dime. If your curious what was the “mystery gift”, well I thought it was going to be a bag of protein or something else that was roughly a 30 day supply (considering it took you spending $200 to receive this mystery gift). No it was a single serving of a product. One serving…. Yes you heard that right, if you spent $200+ you get a bonus, one serving! Again another moment I felt was very mis lead.
