The skillfully trained chefs and attentive host made the experience amazing by explaining the menu and checking for any food allergies as part of the 17 course menu that we ordered. Each piece of sushi includes a brief explanation by the chef with many high quality ingredients sourced from Japan.
Each course was a pleasant surprise with the highlights and my personal favs being: fragrant truffle + toro tuna, fresh oyster + uni + salmon roe, fatty toro tuna + uni + caviar + gold flakes, live seared A5 wagyu beef, scrumptious botan shrimp, salmon belly + quail egg
The limited seating arrangement allows a very up close view of the chef’s artistry which you do not want to miss. Accordingly, advance recommendations are highly recommended via Resy.
Included with the 17 course was their seasonal homemade dessert which was a light vanilla pudding with black sesame sprinkled on top for a perfect end to the meal. The Japanese imported sake was an excellent paring to the meal also.
