Everyone at my work loves this place and the first time I had it I hated it. I got a kale Cesar and thought it was disgusting... so I gave it another try. Still disgusting. I ordered a custom salad which was a spring salad with chicken and sweet potatoes. I asked the chicken and sweet potatoes be on the side and they weren’t so they were cold when I picked them up I had to put them in the oven. The rest of the salad just tasted like lettuce that hadn’t been washed. It just had a strong chemical taste to me. The cucumbers seemed soggy like they weren’t cut fresh.... I just can’t stand those two things. I’m sure the warm bowls from this place are great, but I won’t be ordering from this place again. It’s overpriced and gross. Read moreThis location has fallen out of favor with me. The previous time I ordered, they gave me much less salad than usual. I had ordered a mix of arugula and spinach, and for the amount they had given me, it wasn't worth the practically $17 I spent. I figured they had an off day, so I gave them another shot. Today, my order contained blackened chicken, and they didnt add that to the salad. I basically paid for a "premium ingredient" I didn't even get, that I had requested in my salad. I ordered through the app, and tried to request a refund for the missing ingredient, and no one has gotten back to me. I will be deleting the app from my phone and no longer ordering from sweetgreen if a rep doesn't get back to me next week. I shouldn't pay close to $20 for something and it not be prepared how I ordered it. If they're out of an ingredient, it should be noted in the app, or someone should at least...
Read moreThis location tends to skimp on the protein and Im often given just scrapings of like tiny bits of tofu, chicken, etc. Other comments here that they mess up orders is true and frustrating. The inability to reach a human when there’s been a mistake in an order - I usually find out once I’m home - is absurd for how much one is paying for these salads. When you call the automated hotline, they push you to SMS chat, the people managing this average 10-15 minutes between responses.
Edit: DO NOT come here or Order Online at lunch. Currently waiting over 20 minutes for an order I placed for pick up. Massive crowd, they have to be over capacity, due to all the online orders they’re behind on. Woman next to me place her order two hours ago, she’s been waiting also for 30 min and there’s no option to cancel in the app once it’s « processing ». Terrible terrible tech...
