Found this place since SriPraPhai was closed. I decided to try it based on the great reviews, but the server and cook must have been on vacation because my experience matched at least one other reviewer. When we entered, the place was empty beside 1 other table. We still ended up waiting an hour for our food. From the look (pic) and taste of my fried chicken it must have been dumped into the fryer and left there the whole time to go full service to the table of behind me. They came in some time after me and got their complete order (5+ plates), along with another table that came in after them (2 plates). I must have reminded them to pull my chicken out of the deep fryer when I finally inquired about my food at the hour mark. My companion's dish came out cold, obviously prepared long ago and just sat around. Forced myself to eat the parts of the chicken that wasn't rubber since I entered the place already hungry. Only saving grace was the curry rice. Had to wait and ask for my check 2 times, since the server decided to do other things when I asked the first time. Terrible experience from start to all the way out the door. I hope the couple that sat down next to us had better luck, they started to have the same look as us at the 40min wait mark.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Thailand Center Point I have been a longtime fan of Thailand Center Point and have always recommended it to friends. However, my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. The food quality has noticeably declined. I ordered the curry puffs, and it was evident they were old and had been recooked. To accompany my meal, I ordered ice coconut water, but what I received was warm coconut water, more akin to tea or soup. The waiter's unfriendly demeanor added to my disappointment. It's disheartening to witness the decline of a place with such potential. I can no longer recommend Thailand Center Point, and it's a shame to see it fall from its former glory.

Welcome to world’s most horrifying food. Terrible terrible! Terrible food and terrible service even worst terrible owner. Please avoid this place. The worst restaurant we have ever been. Only one server with slowest motion but also comes with BIG ATTITUDE. We were group of people wanted to try this place. Our food came in of each 15 minutes gap. When we asked they said they honky have 2 people working in kitchen. And mind it it’s not even busy at all. But I will stop my review here cause it can still go on for few more paragraphs.

Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience

I recently visited this establishment for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. From start to finish, it was a series of disappointments that ultimately made the evening memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with an ambiance that seemed promising, but the initial impression quickly faded as the evening unfolded. The troubles began with the service—or lack thereof. Throughout the entire evening, we only had one server attending to all the tables. And the restaurant was not even busy. The only customer was our group of 7 adults and 3 children, 1 couple by the windows table and another couple next to our table. This resulted in prolonged waits for even basic requests, such as taking our orders and bringing water to the table.

The real frustration, however, was the food service. Our orders came out with a noticeable 10-15 minute gap between dishes. This not only disrupted the flow of our meal but also meant that some of us had finished our food while others were still waiting for their plates to arrive. Upon requesting multiple times if the food can come together, the server added his statement that they have only 2 kitchen staff at the moment. Which I understand totally but if you have let us know before hand that way we will be prepared for the consequences. It's disheartening to say that this kind of service is far from what one expects when dining out.

Equally disappointing was the quality of the food itself. While we didn't anticipate a gourmet experience, we did hope for flavors that would at least match the price point of the menu items. Sadly, the dishes we sampled were merely average—lacking the depth and finesse that would justify the cost.

When we decided to provide feedback about our experience, we were met with an unexpected and unwelcome attitude from both the owner and the lone server. Instead of addressing our concerns with professionalism and a willingness to improve, they responded defensively and even retaliated, casting a shadow over our willingness to give constructive criticism.

In conclusion, our visit to this establishment was a major letdown. The subpar service, prolonged gaps between dishes, and average food quality all contributed to an evening that fell well below our expectations. It's unfortunate when a dining experience becomes a negative memory, but we hope that our feedback might encourage the restaurant to take steps towards improvement...
