I live close by this supermarket.. I usually buy water ( they have good savings promotion) fruits and also buy a few items from the Spanish aisle...today around 10 pm or so I stopped by this supermarket to buy dayquil or things like it so I could get me feel better since I have a sore throat...I went to front end and ask the cashier (A woman) if they have something medicine for the flue or sore throat, she pointed 👉 at a almost empty shelves which are right at front. I didn't see anything( they don't have any over the counter medicine) Still, I went to the Spanish section to buy something I was looking for but I didn't find it..anyway I decided to leave. On my out I thanked the cashier for trying to help me before...and just As I was going to go outside a chubby man (ruffian) he stops me and says give the plastic bags you are not buying anything? Some plastics bags that i took on my way in but unconsciously I forgot that I was carrying it in my hands..to be honest I was flabbergasted I felt really upset because of the approach of this savage, he is a savage, now that I remember just a few months ago, I saw this hooligan yelling at a customer( who buy a 24 package of water) he was picking it up from outside when all of a sudden, he started yelling at this customer for no reason at all...he has a problem!
I believe he doesn't have manners his approach is abnormal and obnoxious. He is definitely a Lout. Is he a manager? What kind of business owner would have a brute to run his business? You are hurting...
Read moreThis situation happened on 5/25/23 at 11:16pm the cashier khalida was very disrespectful to me. My card didn’t go threw the first time I inserted it and the she said to me “you don’t have money”. She sucked her teeth at me and gave me a nasty attitude. I responded to her nasty comment telling her “don’t be rude” but that didn’t stop her from disrespecting me again by saying “you don’t have money”. How is this acceptable for a cashier to treat a customer like this? She needs to come to her senses and apologize for her behavior. Eventually my card went through the third time. I worked at fresh n save in Skillman Ave as a cashier and as a worker who represented fresh n save. Cashiers should respect customers. This isn’t the first disrespectful encounter I had with her. She needs to learn how to respect, not judge, not criticize, not be rude, and to never say disrespect comments to customers. The management at this specific location is the worst for them to let khalida treat customers like this. If you don’t want to be disrespected and degraded as an human being avoid coming to this location at this time given that she seems to be the only cashier...
Read moreIt is really convenient to have a market with a great selection that is open 24 hours. I visited this location at 11:45pm and proceeded to walk further into the store after picking up a bunch of bananas . The security guard approached me and said I cannot be in the store a dog. My dog is a registered service animal and certified service dog. She was not jumping, sniffing, or trying to eat anything around us. We had a service animal jacket with us. When I offered to show proof of documentation I was forceless told 'no dogs' and he said 'everyone says their dog is a service animal'. He pointed to the sign posted outside and did not take into consideration my dog was a well-behaved as service animals are. This is a violation of American with Disabilities Act.
