Note I did not see any current Burger King specials on the menu. The 116th BK has the advertised specials out on display and you get quick not confusing service. On March 1st I came in around 12:30 pm and waited over 25 minutes for my order. I understand this location just opened, however they are not organized. I also was not the only customer having the issue. I had over 20 plus customers pass my order. My food was actually ready but they held it without calling my number. I had to push my way to the order pickup spot and try to flag a worker down. The pickup space is very frustrating and cramped. You can also hardly hear when they call your number out. The music is blasting over the workers and a entrance doorway is also there bringing noise in. I witnessed angry customers who ordered after me and their orders were incorrect. These customers were given wrong items or not all in their bags. When I approached a worker about a customer who was waiting long before me for their order they brushed me off. My Whopper Jr had the smallest piece of tomato and puny lettuce as well. Bun was barely toasted. Same for double cheeseburger. Just cold and unappetizing. So sick of spending money on less than great food. Food should be hot!! Makes me wonder if its being kept at proper temps prior to selling…we all know flame broiled to order is a thing of the past. I wanted Five Guys but they weren’t nearby. Settled for this as a cheeseburger treat…never again. Service was nice. Restaurant looked a bit unkempt. That should have been red flag enough for me to leave as soon as I entered. Management needs to DO BETTER. 9.89 WASTED. While the cashier was friendly, upon having an issue redeeming a coupon from the app she asked her manager for assistance- he immediately seemed that he did not want to help, telling me to read the directions (of course I had), then telling me to “go by the door, the service “- My phone clearly was working and had service. When I tried anyways and returned he refused to help, repeating that he needed a coupon code. I asked that, as he’s the manager, couldn’t he honor the offer? He said no- I replied that it was horrible customer service and proceeded to leave- when I heard him cursing after me.
