MELOVER Wine & Spirit — Local services in New York

I placed an order over the phone with T for a delivery on Friday. The day came and went, I never gotten a call. I called to see what the hold up was and never gotten a answer. The next day I hear back from T in the early afternoon and he apologizes for me not receiving my order and for missing my call. He then ask me further if I still would like my order and if so he can have it delivered to me at the moment or later on, whichever is best. I replied yes, I would like my order still and that I will be home in 30 minutes. T said ok. More than 5 hours go by and still no delivery, no courtesy call, no apologies, no type of compensation for my time being disgustingly wasted. Just a customer that supported and referred people personally to his store although I only been twice and I'm not a happy customer. If I would of just waited one more visit I could see how comfortable T and Melover is taking the communities money and in return get half the customer service. It's a small liquor store and I usually go to Wendy's liquor store on 141 st and Fredrick Douglas. They been around for years and have much bigger selection. I found Melover liquor store because they had tiger bone wine a couple times then ran out. I later found out T and Melover store have fake tiger bone. Real tiger bone go to...
