Food is good, I strongly recommend their Sessame Pancake Peking Duck Sandwich. Homemade boiled or pan seared dumplings are excellent. Noodles or noodle soups are also worth trying. This location is a new one, and is hard to reach, since there is no nerby public transport. Close to LaGuardia College in Ling Island City, on 47th Avenue. They have several more stores across the city, including the most famous one in Chinatown. They work untill 9pm. The venue is quite small, inside the building which is called "THE FACTORY LIC". Public restroom available. A lot of parking spots. Do not expect attentive service. Great prices for the quantity of the food!

Wanted honey milk tea, wished I was told they didn't have this, instead I got honeydew milk tea, and I am not pleased at all with it. I don't like honeydew at all. When I said this, I was just told, no honey milk tea, and was handed this. Felt forced to take it vs. them making me something else that I liked. I think I'm also EXTRA upset because I waited 30 minutes for this due to the long lunch line that typically forms. If you are on a time crunch, you may want to go elsewhere. On a positive note, I love their spicy chicken dumplings, they are worth the wait at least😋

I went yesterday 2/16 and the almond bubble tea & sesame noodles were delicious. However, I go today 2/17, and the drink is so watered down. I don’t blame the bobarista cause it’s insane that she has to handles drinks and be a cashier. They need to hire just a cashier and just a bobarista cause I had to wait until the girl finished that the line of orders just for her to make my watered down drink.

A nice little eatery located inside The Factory building, it focuses on Asian cuisine. You can get dumplings, noodles, or pancake sandwiches to stay or to go. I tried the Dan Dan Mein and it was pretty good. If you aren't a heavy eater, it's still good for lunch the day after. It was a bit spicy with a generous serving of peanuts on top. The prices are comparable to the eateries located inside the same building.

The restaurant does get a bit hot with the cooking in the summer, so you may want to wait outside in the lobby with AC until they call your number. When it gets busy you do have to wait a bit. The queue usually gets crazy from 12 PM - 1:30 PM. If you want to beat the lines, go before or after those times.

The staff is friendly enough and they accept cash and...

I work in an animal hospital where we have designated times to eat. I ordered with coworkers. My delivery time was pushed back 30 minutes. So I missed my break. Not only did we miss break, half of our food never arrived. I tried to call Vanessa's multiple times and no one answered. Their "mailbox was full". So I contacted grub hub. They refunded me my food I didn't get- but did not adjust the 5.99 delivery fee, the tax, or the tip.

The portions are small and tasteless. I lost money ordering from this place because half of it was cold and the other half was inedible.

I am extremely disappointed with this order. We will not be ordering from here again.

If i read previous reviews, I would have never ordered from here...

Food was okay but customer service was awful. Walking in there for the first time I was a bit confused as to where to order, I asked a simple question “hi where do I order” and the gentleman packing pointed to where I was supposed to go very rude without eye contact. The lady who was taking orders was also very rude, no greeting at all and when I ordered my boba tea she just threw it at the counter without saying anything. I honestly hate rude customer service with such a passion, I also work in the food industry and I try to be as nice as possible because I love it when workers work with enthusiasm but obviously you can’t expect everyone to give you the same...
