Village Creperie — Restaurant in New York

This review is a bit of a fraud because I haven't ordered from here but I'm shocked by all of the sugar and competing flavors in these menu options. My French friends were shocked when I sent them the website. This and so many uptown restaurants are everything that's wrong with US food/restaurants. SO much sugar and people come to US and don't preserve the original recipes or have any special cooking ability. They were born in France so they are French. I see it all the time with Japanese restaurants run by Chinese. They know Americans don't know any better and flood our food supply/restaurants with sub par options full of butter/cream/sugar/etc all in the name of making money. I see it in my own father who swears by the 'quality' of a little Italy restaurant in NYC. The Carbonara they serve has nothing to do with the original Roman recipe. I'm going to buy some eggs and make my own crepes now. It's just a bit annoying living on my own and having to overbuy for the week and/or being stuck with certain...

You guys have to come and check this place out!!! I went there on Saturday, the atmosphere is great! Staff and owner are super friendly and welcoming as well! I’m not a coffee addict, but their coffee caught my heart for sure, 100%!!! I want to try the creperie next time 😍. Grab your friends and come check out this newly opened location! This is the best crepe place in Manhattan. I had ordered the mini pancakes, the strawberry banana and Nutella crepe and a Mocha Frappuccino and it was delicious. It’s at a great price and has amazing flavor. The pancake was so soft and fluffy and the crepe is divine. The service was very quick and staff is super friendly.
